Game keys are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. You'll find them on your Orders page. In rare cases it may take up to 5 minutes if payment verification is delayed.

Once a key has been revealed it cannot be refunded, as digital keys are non-returnable. If there is a technical issue with the key itself, we will replace it free of charge.
